Terms and Conditions:

Member credit card will be charged $29.95+GST on the 1st of every month.
The Member may terminate the agreement at any time. To cancel membership, please submit a request via email to info@tiptopplumbing.ca at least 30 days prior to your next payment. Membership fees are non-refundable and non- transferable.
Within the scope of this Agreement, confidential information means any information related to the member, including but not limited to, name, contact information, financial information. Tiptop Plumbing and Heating Inc. agrees to treat all confidential information of the member as strictly confidential and to not disclose, share, or otherwise disseminate such information to any third party.
The hot water tank service and plumbing fitness test must be scheduled separately from the furnace inspection and service or the tankless water heater inspection and service. These services cannot be combined into a single visit.
Regarding promotional discounts, please note that the 20% monthly promo discounts cannot be used in conjunction with the 15% member discount.
The terms of this membership apply to all regular services provided Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, as well as to emergency services offered outside of these hours.
While we will make every effort to schedule your appointments with your assigned technician, please be aware that this is subject to their availability.
